DC Konstruct & Iron Works Corporation was created on August 2013 by BACDDC Telecom Agent Corporation, a Filipino owned corporation engaged in Site Acquisition, Permitting, Telecom Planning, Engineering, and Civil Works Fabrication and Construction.

Since then, it has been the Civil Works & Fabrication arm of BACDDC Telecom Agent Corporation. Both companies are founded by Engr. Jimmy De Castro, a graduate of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in National University.

DC Konstruct & Iron Works Co. has served and is continually rendering services for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) companies as well as other Civil Work projects.
